Hello I have verified paypal and I'm in need of BTC
If you aren't a trusted exchanger on here we will use someone trusted as Escrow.
I have $240 Paypal, not looking to go above a 12% rate.
Not looking to do small amounts either so please don't offer any small amounts under $100.

no escrow agent will accept a trade for paypal its reversable
