Need faucet script similar to satoshizero

Hello all i need bitcoin faucet script that got registration refferals etc for free similar to satoshizero or bonusbitcoin thank you  :-

AFAIK satoshizero uses bootstrap so either you could go over some tutorials over the net to learn how to do it (CSS coding + HTML) or hire someone since it's not a ready made script that you could just use. bonusbitcoin uses a completely custom made so that one is going to be pricey.
