Once all 15 tickets are sold I will make a live video recorded draw 

Folded tickets with entrants user names will be placed into a glass bowl and winner blindly drawn at random without looking

Right after the draw video will be uploaded and winner announced

Its not so high actually, I've seen a similar thread like this (with an iphone 6s instead )and it was a successful one but the difference is , this one has no escrow. OP should consider using an escrow to hold the BTC for the raffle then also the draw should be a live one

Sure, I have no problem with escrow holding the raffle funds. As to the actual draw, I was going to perform a live drawing by recording a video and uploading right after all 15 tickets are sold. The video would be up within few minutes after the draw so there is no way really of me recording multiple videos, like some suggested. I could also use one of the random online pickers like  http://www.miniwebtool.com/random-picker/  record a video and upload again within minutes. Another option is for the escrow to prerform the draw. I am open to suggestions.

Yes this Z3 is brand new. I will only consider using top escrow providers, maybe monbux or SebastianJu.

Sure, I really don't mind escrow doing the actual draw, as long as it's fair I have no problem.

Looks good and you agree to use escrow, anyways SebastianJu won't be a good choice as an escrow I think since he is currently banned for a couple of weeks, unless you contact him off this forum

Monbux kindly agreed to escrow my raffles, we are now in progress of discussing the details and working out how to proceed with the actual draw so everything is as fair as possible. Stay tuned for updates
