 I am looking to exchange my coin for Payza, escrow is welcome.
 I don't necessarily need Payza in my account, I need you to buy me something via Payza.
 I'm going by preev rate. Please let me know.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I need to buy web traffic and this is easy way since they don't accept bitcoins.
