You can mine bitcoin with them. The reason why they are free is that it is impossible to make money out of it if you pay for electricity.

why not ? if algo is same you can,also i can should you to mine cerium,looks like its the best choice now because of its price.

You should start mining right away, because u got them for free so u will be in profit.
With the halving coming up, no time to loose.

You can only mostly mine Bitcoins with them.

If the electricity price is very low, it is profitable to mine the Bitcoin. If it is not low, he will make a loss.

Given that you received them for free, you may as well mine with them as you aren't looking for any ROI.

Crypto was created to liberate the individual. Decentralisation matters.

The best best thing you can do is sell them on ebay and use that money to help pay for a gpu card.

Either sell them or mine, mining might not be profitable anymore though so you might have to underclock/volt them.
