I sent this using my blockchain wallet I have a few questions; firstly what will happen apparently I set the fee too low and it wont be included in a block?

Can you tell me what the fee per kb should be as default?

Chances are low that it gets confirmed, currently 30 satoshi per byte are suggested[1]. There is no default fee anymore, it was 50 satoshi per byte just a few days ago. You either have a wallet that can give you a good estimate like core or electrum, you have to check with 3rd party services or just hope it will work.

You need to wait for a confirmation.
If you will not be received a confirmation, you will receive Bitcoin wallet back after a while.
That's what happened to me with blockchain.

Just now saw your thread and went through your link and saw that you have got 933 confirmation and you transaction is confirmed, you have sent the fee low that is why it got confirmation late. until you are sending the fee the transaction will get confirmed
