want to hire a developer for our forum PHPBB
we need a powerful referral extension and point system as we plan to pay to our members when they earn points and can be changed to BTC
there are a referral extension and point system on official PHPBB but they are not updated

each member join our forum he will get unique referral link and when he share it with his friends he can earn some points that can edited on ACP
- powerful referral system ( using cache/cookies for example when a guest visit a referral link
www.domain.com/forum/index?ref=1 and comeback to signup tomorrow with
www.domain.com he will still a referral for ID 1 )
- referral section on UCP ( ref link and banners can be found in UCP / user profile )
- IP check ( for example users cant register another account in same IP/COMPUTER )
- referral contest ( admin can start referral contest every week for example and users can see their position live )
- referral list ( user can see how many user he referred and how many post done by his refs )

point system :
members earn point system by : ( points can be set via ACP )
- by referring other ( member refer someone and successful signup )
- new thread ( when member create new thread he can earn amount - amount set in ACP )
- Receive points for registering
- Lose points per warning
- Users can Transfer points to other users
- Users pay a Transfer Fee
- Receive random Bonus Points ( system choose the most active member everyday )
- Complete list of users and their points

if you really can do this job we need another extension we want to integrate a bitcoin payment ( blockchain.info / coinbase )
for example members when earn some point he can cashout it in BTC instant or manual
