I've got 2 Batch 1 that I picked up from my friend last week that were brand new. He was going to mine, then wasn't, then was, now isn't... Etc...

I have them going now. They have/had the US warranty.

I can't sell them for 2.1 but would sell them for 2.37 BTC each shipped.
