Casio87 Filed Paypal Disputes Against Me After Receiving Bitcoins

What happened::

The buyer casio87 sent me PM and asked my Skype name for a trade. We started with a small amount to gain trust from each other. He sent me €40 in service/good payment and we finished our 1st trade. Later he wanted to buy all the remaining Bitcoins in my wallet. I claimed that I only accept personal/gift in the following trade and he agreed. After that, he sent me only $70 in service/good payment not with his own but with his "girlfriend" account. He said his Paypal account has the issue and will send the remaining money in personal/gift payment later. In the end, I refused and refunded his "girlfriend".

Within 1 hour after the 1st trade done, he opened a dispute for an unauthorized transaction. Soon after he sent another $70 in personal/gift payment with another Paypal account then opened the 2nd dispute.

1. Don't trade anything with this guy. Also, some members found that ShakinHandz and samantlia are the same people, and they all ever traded with him.

I'm pretty sure that guy has multiple accounts here. It's probably best to just stay away from PayPal altogether unless you're dealing with someone trusted enough. You also have to be careful when dealing with anyone who offers their ids, selfies, and etc to verify they own the paypal account. I won't go into that here and give these assholes any ideas though.

These are the type of members who don't give a fuck about BTC. I wouldn't be surprised if you sent the BTC to another trader's address, one who is probably legit who then sends funds to the scammer's other paypal account.

New updated! samantlia rage quit!!






Conclusion:

samantilia traded with casio87 on Feb 7th but accidently lost all his chat history before the 8th. After he provided a transaction screenshot of the payment from casio87's gf, He said they actually traded on the 5th. Two days later, they both left positive feedbacks on each others on 2/7.

I don't get how can the same person win all disputes from PayPal. It can either be that PayPal is dumb or the person is smart enough to cheat so many users here. Another reputed person of this forum got scammed by casio and now again 2 more cases in just a week. PayPal refunded the payments in just few minutes?

The top thread in the currency exchange board says not to trade BTC for a reversible currency like Paypal. Paypal has and probably always will, protect the money sender rather than the recipient. That is part of the reason why people charge such high amounts to exchange it to BTC - because there will always be some asshole like this ripping people off. It's probably best not to trade it with anyone less than a Legendary member and even then in small amounts.
