Why do people talk about this idiot here? i though only stupid people wanted to vote for him, and here we had a community of intelligent people...

Agreed. Why talk about that nuisance candidate here when he only thinks about himself and his idiocy? Even if he endorse or introduce bitcoin together with his candidacy, that wouldn't do bitcoin any good, but harm in itself in actuality.

So with his New Hampshire win, The Donald has solidified his place as the front runner for the Republican nomination for president. Has he ever stated any of his thoughts/ideas/position on Bitcoin ever? I've not been able to find anything on the google.

He is anti-establishment and has very strong ideas on border control, illegal immigration, repealing obamacare and fighting ISIS/terrorism and creating jobs/growing the economy.

Anyone have any ideas on what his stance on bitcoin might be?

i dont think he really concern about bitcoin, because he not yet become president, and i dont like Trump, just because he hate islam.

Why? because he's the current front runner for the republican presidential nomination - at least for now. And as such, there is a real, albeit a far from now possibility, that he might end up in the White House. I was just curious if anyone knew what his stance on bitcoin was.

A little off topic, but what exactly is your reasoning behind your thought that "...only stupid people wanted to vote for him"? Just curious.

I honestly doubt any republican would ever support the concept, since banks are among the main donators for their campaigns.

Rand Paul was accepting Bitcoin donations for runnig his campaign.
http://www.coindesk.com/rand-paul-presidential-campaign-bitcoin-donations/

And also participated in Bitcoin related events.

Even I agree here. His opinion also would be against it as bitcoins are used for moneylaundering and if he supports it, it would be favoring the risks associated with it.

Exactly the same, when things get changed due to the growth of bitcoin, a financial backing will be faced by the banking sectors. So this won't be accepted and definitely will oppose it.

I have not read much about his opinion but on Facebook they spread a rumor that he accepts bitcoins as USA's currency which I believe is untrue. Also, it doesn't matter what anyone thinks about bitcoins but whether it is adopted by the Government as a whole or not.

Donald Trump is a tool, he is just a big narcissist showoff, I can't believe people support him for real. Im not saying the alternatives are much better, but making that guy the president of the US? C'mon, give me a break.

I acknowledge the fact that Trump is filthy rich but I have never admired any of his ideas at all. The US might end up having the worst president of all if they elect Trump. Being loyal to the dollars, Trump will try everything at his disposal to curtail the Bitcoin dominance.

I don't think the government can make bitcoin illegal because they auctioned off the silk road bitcoins to the public.  They don't auction off illegal goods.  They may try to regulate it though.
