1) It was most likely a patroller, as they are much more strict in terms of their understanding of the rules.
2) Even if it was hilarious, he probably did it as you kept moving it to a section it didn't belong in.

It was first in the Scam Accusation section and then Bitcoin Discussion section. Now there's another user creating posts almost everywhere as he's happy with escrow.ms's arrest.

It's obvious how arrogant this guy is. Others here have already told you that your thread was moved from scam accusations to meta, which you moved again to bitcoin discussion.

He knows what moving and nuking is, and he's talking about them seperately. Anyone half-literate would understand that.

There's nothing wrong with people wearing signatures unless they're spamming. I personally respect people in Crypto-Games, as they all have high quality posts and understand bitcoin to a further extent than most.

You are talking about escrow.ms, the username of a bitcointalker. If you were putting his real name in, it would belong in bitcoin discussion. But I don't see how this does us any good, because who gives a shit about an arrest unless it's about a trusted bitcointalker. And meta is about bitcointalk and its users.

No it doesn't. Just because theymos (the admin) started a thread there that does not imply that you are able to. I'm not exactly sure but I think that that's the only thread about a member in that section.
