Galera,

Fiz um post anteriormente falando sobre a viabilidade da mineração do bitcoin em 2016.

Agora, eu fevereiro, com a queda no preço e aumento na dificuldade da mineração, vejo que as condições mudaram. Então, fiz algumas considerações neste post falando sobre isso:

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
