Looking for advice... I have bitcoins stuck in on the Cointrader.net exchange. I tried transferring bitcoins to another wallet but the transfer is stuck in "queued". They also won't let me transfer cash out to a bank account. I've emailed their support line and phoned their parent company, NewNote Financial, many times but no one is responding. What action can I take? Have I lost my bitcoins forever?

you'll need more proof. there's another scam accusation against them, but that one doesn't have any proof either. -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1317126.0

Exact same experience with cointrader. I have proof and screen shots. I have emailed a number of times from various email addresses. Tried calling newnote as well. No response. After trying to get my cdn cash out for months. I decided I would just buy bitcoin and transfer to another wallet. After doing an instant buy and the site telling me it would be a certain price. The buy ended up purchasing only a small amount of Bitcoin at that price and then bought the rest a varying higher prices up to $999 per Bitcoin. And then after all that disappointment it's been a week now and the bitcoins are still in the queue. This company is horrible and now that I see others now have same experience I wonder if they are scamming?

I did end up getting my transfer after a week. They said they needed to move btc out of cold storage. But still they did not reply to my other emails. Very very bad customer support.
