Why not just sell on an exchange there is massive amounts of volume and liquidity, check Polonex or Bittrex, you can sign up at either site in about 1 minute or less.

But this is very small amount he can easily sell this at exchangers and won't disturb price if you think on it.
Maybe you are in hunt for some trust in your account profile, but i think not..
Probably just attempt of a scam (without escrow everything is attempt of scam)!
