i think solvemedia is ok, just turn down the difficulty. it does not need to be too high or else humans can't even solve it. i recommend setting difficulty to 4 or lower, because any higher it gets way tgoo difficult to see the letters sometimes.

google recaptcha is too weak and many bots can bypass it. solvemedia can prevent good number of bots so it's the next best thing. just keep difficulty 4 or under and it will be easy enough for humans.
