You really need to do some research. Asking someone to do all of this really takes it away from you on learning. Sounds like you know what you need to learn... start looking on forums.
You should enjoy researching it and learning it. If you don't I highly suggest not getting into the game. Most of the time someone comes in asking all of this they end up not investing in the end in almost all cases.
