Is this the address where you're expecting a refund?

https://blockchain.info/address/1H93vz4UfctRBJ8rUKHFe5mLMH6PbUSEJQ

Have you contacted AleCrypt0 recently? Based on his/her last posts it looks like there was some computer trouble. I'd suggest to make one more attempt to ask for a refund.

Before the OP of the thread asked me to look into this, I did sent a PM to the accused just so that he knew about the accusation and could defend himself. Seems he either doesn't want to, can't either way other need to be aware of this before they trade with him. Neg given

Do reply to this scam accusation against you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1361705.0

So you gave me less than 24 hours to reply here?
Leave Neg trust with such a fast way?

Pff. How do you think you are?

UM give Alecrypto one chance. He is ready to work with you. Remove negative trust and get things rolling please.

So basically the words of one are heavier than the word of another? On which base?

Any "law-process" based situation at least should weighted the same both sides.

He TRIED to contact me many times and infact until i was onlin i always kept the messaging and the communication up.
I can send you PM with messages screenshots.

Then i was offline due to forced reasons for almost 2 weeks and when i just came back i had the neg trust.

I said. My conditions are written in the post above.

You can see my trust history and know that i'm a word man. I asked to remove all the negs and i will refund UM.

I never had a single issue with this kind of stuff in 3 years and now i should ruin my hard earned reputation for 0.3 BTC? And for people like you that want to make law and lawyers?

Please respect me and i will respect you.

If you would remove the neg trust now i would send the 0.3 exactly now.
If not, UM will not be refunded and i will check a neg trust and a public advice against you and your "western" sheriff way of managing situations.
And everything cause of your negligence in handling such situations.

First of all this is not a court room and you will not be able to remove your negative feedback if you show your ego extensively.
As you said you will not refund if negs are not removed first makes me feel you are more of a scammer because why dont you do the opposite instantly? Pay him and get the negs removed.

Anyways your trust is totally ruined now so you decide what you can do. Either pay first or stay with the negs. We have no respect for scammers at all. Done!

Here's another lawyer, welcome.

Who are you? I think you have no voice in this situation so please avoid your opinions. Those doesn't matters, not your stuff.

And never call me again a "scammer" thanks or i will trace you and sue in real life. Do you think that being on a forum allows you to call other people names?

Oh really? Quoting this for future reference.

Come after me. I will have a special arrangement of sheriffs to bust a big scammer in real time.  Cheesy

When are you coming? Time? I am ready. Wink

Anyway i'm just asking to remove first cause your is a blackmail.

And your methods reminds me fascists.

All this shit for what? I feel like abandon this nazi forum, seems you're worse than real courts when dealing with problems.

What a shame for "free internet".

Then why are you bothering about your negative rating then? Pay him and GTFO!
Simple enough?

Oh! You deleted that post? Wonderful realization, scammer! Cheesy

I want also the others neg trust removed of course.
And here's the screenshots since i have nothing to hide i can post here in public: http://imgur.com/a/eglix
I can't promise any of the others removing their negative.

Do you realize thats the PM screenshots of something over 4 day before the thread was made, and you still haven't resolved the matter in a course of 10 days. Refund him ASAP and I may remove the negative, very unprofessional .

And never call me again a "scammer" thanks or i will trace you and sue in real life. Do you think that being on a forum allows you to call other people names?
That reminds me:
"Alright guys, here's another hilarious story that I remember. One guy tried to sue me over for saying something over the internet, actually it was just a point based system on a forum where everyone could voice their opinion, a forum based on a currency that isn't recognized as a currency by the US government. Yeah seriously"

Just to cross post here to remind that the wallet of his own coin has virus and not a false positive. He even could not explain the reason of that detection till now.

Your qt wallet is malicious! Shocked

Explain why these got detected?
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/6496957dbd1e019addc726a51ce7b65a64bef89c86769d081e634aad6c6d8cf2/analysis/1453968061/

1. PE:Malware.XPACK/RDM!5.1 [F]
https://www.threatcrowd.org/listMalware.php?antivirus=PE:Malware.XPACK/RDM!5.1

2. HEUR/QVM10.1.Malware.Gen
http://www.whgspc.com/ways-to-remove-delete-heurmalware-qvm11-gen-virus-completely/

Quote
heur/malware.qvm11.gen is a very nasty trojan horse infection. When the trojan horse infection comes onto the system, you may be informed by your security tool that the computer is infected by the virus. You get rid of it with the antivirus program.

In general, you probably get infected by the trojan horse when you open some hacked websites or download some free programs which come from unsafe websites. You may be infected as well after click on strange links mistakenly. Once heur/malware.qvm11.gen enters the system, it will take immediate actions to corrupt the computer step by step. First of all, it disables the antivirus application, so as to perform its malicious activities without any obstruction. Secondly, it may drop many terrible files to infect as many system files as possible. And those unsafe files cannot be removed easily.

P.S I know he has updated the wallet to mask one of his malware but the other malware got detected again in VirusTotal. And he said it was just a false positive Roll Eyes

Also i had pc trouble and went offile many time.

These are my conditions.

Bullshit and you know it. I checked your posts before posting my neg trust. You had been online and posting in other threads and had enough time to refund or at least respond to the OP via PM or here. You did nothing until you got negged and you still did nothing after that (other than being belligerent here). So please spare us the drama, refund the OP, and let's all move on.

Pretty much agreed.

I will refund you but i want the neg trust off of my account first.
For what reason? Afraid you will stay red even after?
Or will you blame the people who gave you red trust like "I was going to refund you, but they obstructed it"?
You realize that this situation doesn't really help your reputation?

Regardless of the negs you got, a customer of yours is waiting for a refund/working product.
You think acting like you do right now will draw more customers towards your service?

I guess I should have made it clear... I will revise my trust to neutral if AleCrypt0 resolves the issue.
Same here and with mexxer.

Yea im sure you would, cause when you calculate all your scams and missing refunds for your fantasy skills Im sure its worth it. Same pattern:

You always act like its peanuts so why even fighting for it, right? You always claim you "could refund" but never do, so yea, I dont "want to make law and lawyers" (?!) but you spend an awful long time just stalling and name calling instead of making any steps towards refunding.

I guess you decided to burn that account anyway, so some quick scams before saying goodbye (and returning with another fake profile) come in handy.

Good luck

Fuck the signature - if you are so desperate for money why dont you go and get a fucking job first - once you did that, perhaps you will think twice what kind of shit you want to be affiliated with.

So another greedy developer came on surface! Angry

I had some hope in his coin BTCU but now I just have no choice but to dump them instantly and I have already done them on Yobit.

Nice try.
Seems like a screeching scammer trying to extort every time if someone complains against him.
Totally a bad move. Your behavior reflects your personality.

Go Away from this forum after refunding them!

My friend was cheated out of much more money by this person, but did not want to make scam accusation because he threatens to do harm if so. We do not think he will ever repay.

Beware, this person uses alt identities and will try to blackmail you also.
