I made a thread in the Digital Goods section asking for any cheap VPN services.

Says I'm lying that I didn't send any bitcoin. If you look in the chat logs, he clearly sends me his btc address and I send $4 to the exact address. How am I lying? I'm not lying at all.

Moderators or administration can't do anything about this , and same things for users . All we can do is leave negative trust on his profile so people don't trade with him next time but since you can't provide Scammer profile link , none of this can happen. How you got in contact with him on the first place ? he added you directly to Skype ? you had to ask for his profile ..

We don't know if that user is registered here, all what you can do is to put in the title his skype name so others will see and be aware. How did you contacted each other at the beginning?
