User started Multiple Giveaway's without Paying for the the previous one.

Not sure if this really belongs here or even this thread is relevant.Anyhow this is the issue:

Useryellowcat1771 has recently launched his website ,which he is trying to promote on this forum (that's nice)..by hosting fake giveaway's.Here's how :

He started this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1359803.0 where a user gets  $100 for guessing the right number which is in "OP's Mind".Whoever guesses this magical number gets $100.And as usual a newbie genius was born at the right moment on this forum which goes by the name synthbot.This newbie prodigy however used his Jedi Mind Tricks to guess the number and won the giveaway.Completely legit.Now when OP was asked to show the proofs of the payment of $100 to synthbot,Op said this :

The user HAS NOT been online in the past 5 hours

Seems like the newbie just appeared here to show his Jedi Tricks,like every other Young Jedi,things like money didn't bother him and he disappeared forever.

Also yellowcat1771 has this thread in Meta where he seems to know a lot about creating multiple accounts on forum to make $6000 a month (just saying).

I was thinking the exact same thing. Pretty sure this was a fakeass giveaway. I noticed the article was about bots, winner is synthbot, both selling paxful accts. Just smells fishy as hell the way he also didnt announce it right away soon as someone guessed the number and a newb wins HAHAHA

You have to post his website link anywhere on the forum and then choose a number between 1-250 for $100.
I Left him a negative feedback until he comes off clean or admits he was cheating the giveaway.

Until you establish that synthbot was indeed his alt, don't expect any help from DT members. Might have been a rare coincidence after all, that someone guessed a number and had something to do IRL.

Yes,that's why I made the thread in Reputation and not in Scam accusations.Yes there could be a coincidence but unless the user comes off clean by justifying the giveaway's winner and showing the transactions proof I doubt any of it would makes sense.

2.This user has probably gave the winnings to his own alt account.However the proof of the payments have not shown yet.

3.He is just trying to promote his website.I'm sure he will be tagged soon enough.Already has some negative feedbacks.

4.If you participate in the giveaway's,the chances are you will never win because he already has a bunch of alternate accounts on the forum [check his meta section post] to win his own giveaway's.

How about you prepare the number and post it here encrypted with a Secret Key in a site like this

and after you announce the winner you post the winning number and the Secret Key and everyone can confirm the number was decided from the start of the game and not faked or anything.

Almost certainly a scam. He's been spamming his ref links everywhere so doubt he's just going to give away $100 to a Johnny Randomer. Probably just trying to rank up some of his accounts in the process as well.

Paying them wouldn't matter anyway when it's likely your alt. If the draws aren't done in a verifiably fair way then it's only natural to assume that you're just going to pay an alt to get out of actually shelling out. You're not the first person who has done this and you won't be the last but making the draw fair and removing the likelihood of you cheating would remove any doubts.

i just want to reiterate and state again that i have not wronged anyone or broken any rules and i am being punished for nothing, this alone is harmful to the community as a whole.

Trust system is not a trade-based system, anyone is free to neg anyone , one likes. Also you have (potentially) wronged the people who participated in your giveaway, which displays a certain amount of 'un'trustworthiness that you will display in any future trades/deals.
Show you aren't going to do the same in the current giveaway(considering the options others have given), and sig campaign(escrow) and the shorena will highly likely reconsider the feedback

Welcome to the forum where shady activities needs to get more attention
Signature campaign without even providing a proof that you do have the funds to pay-up the participants and you don't even want to use an escrow to instill some good faith into your website.

What's harmful to the community is scammers so people leave feedback when appropriate and in your case it's appropriate until you prove otherwise and people are rightly suspicious. When something looks too good to be true it likely is. At the moment it looks like you've just created a fake giveaway for free promotion. If so, then that's scammy. If you're happy to give away a couple hundred dollars to complete strangers you shouldn't have any issue with making the draw fair and likely uncheatable. I doubt you're interested in that though for obvious reasons.
