Better you fist withdraw in Skrill or paypal then exchange here otherwise its very hard to do this because of freelancer policies

But freelancer will cut the fees who will recover this fees and then withdraw is also not instant its take time what about this

Open a fake project and accept it can get you banned or at least get you some warning from freelancer they are against currency exchange and depending how op funded his account he could chargeback

First you better withdraw you freelancer balance via paypal, skrill or payoneer, after that contact with a trusted exchanger to exchange them into Bitcoin.
This is the only method you can turn your freelancer balance to btc easily, I guess.
