The litecoin price is $3.6 now, it will have to rise 400% to reach the $15 level. It depends on the further developments.

from look of things i dont see this can be achieved any time soon
perhaps im wrong but btc go up in price and ltc stays still

If the bitcoin price rises to $1200, the litecoin could be $20 again. Then it will drop back to about $10.

that was last time when btc went that much ltc was over 40 i dont think this time will happen like that maybe if btc somes over 2k this time

Looks like the litecoin still increase even the price of bitcoin is increase and i think it will increase more after block halving..
I have some litecoin from a faucet before and i think i have 13 ltc in my pocket.. i hope it will increase the price more after block halving..

Yeah, price is falling but I wonder if it isn't a fake out before pumping again. Though it seems tied to the BTC price decline as well, so we will see what happens in the upcoming days/weeks with price as we approach the halving.

The price is still over $4. So I think the litecoin is still very alive. It will follow the steps of bitcoin.

I admit i grow tired of reading posts on here where litecoin is 'dead', yet compared to 99.9% of all other shitcoins it has maintained a very steady price. It just isn't a get rich quick coin. At least litecoin isn't total dogshit.

Great coin because:

• Capable of four times as many transactions as Bitcoin in a ten minute period. Frankly if payment processors had adopted Litecoin in the past year current Bitcoin block discussions would be irrelevant (and likely the price of both coins higher). Anyone who has watched these discussions understands the immediate advantage of a network with larger transactional capability.  
• Faster confirmation times. The only people who don't think this is important have never spent a single coin or they have patience that the average person does not possess.
• The faster block time of litecoin reduces the risk of double spending attacks.
• Anti-spam.
• Fast well established network. Current Hashrate is 1,643 GH/s. Since scrypt is memory intensive it is known to be approximately 1000 times slower hardware wise in comparison to SHA256. Fair comparison to the Bitcoin network requires multiplying that hashrate by 1000 (1,643 TH/s). The fact is for most of Litecoins history the hashrate has been relatively high and secure. Those comparing it to the Bitcoin network without considering this 1k factor are either being disingenuous or just ignorant of the facts.

good to hold i hold mine for long time and hope for something like in 2013 when ltc was over 40$ i hope to see him this time at half of that
