Hey guys, been away from forum for a couple months, can anyone give me a quick update on

1. how is the lawsuit for BTC consultancy (Bitcoinica)?
2. anyone got money back from Pirates?
3. what happened to butterfly and other ASICS?

I hope this is the right sub-forum.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

That's not true. You could definitely say that Basic has some serious issues right now. BFL is still Today + 30 away from delivery like it has been for 4 months.

That's not true. You could definitely say that Basic has some serious issues right now. BFL is still Today + 30 away from delivery like it has been for 4 months.

I think an arrest will happen long before a damages award.
