Talks like a teenager, acts like a child. Deals with thins in a toddler-like manner and he shows extremely untrustworthy behaviour. Most likely to be a criminal in real life, as well most likely to scam. How the hell is this guy on DT1? I find this a joke.

Some guidelines:

1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.

3. No pointless or uninteresting threads.

I don't think his posts are worthy of ban at all. There is a free speeh in here and as the other guy above said, it is not in a rule that acting like a child is prohibited in this forum. Also the DT feedbacks came from successful trades so I guess that is why he is on DT1 because he actually completed a trade successfully.

OP, look at the forum rules and you'll figure out why he's not banned.  Not even scammers are banned, and he's not one that I know of.  I just did a small deal with him that worked out well.

Second, just because someone is blunt or even aggressively insulting does not mean that he/she is dishonest--but again, robbers and thieves are not banned here.  Now if, as a part of his insulting, he were to leave unwarranted negative trust, then that would be a problem that would likely get him off the default trust list.  But that hasn't happened yet.

dooglus is a scammer who has directed people to "invest" in the bankroll of numerous gambling sites that has resulted in the theft of millions of dollars worth of bitcoin (based on the time of the exchange rate at the time of the thefts), and the age of the sites could be measured in months, of which could be counted on one hand.


All of the posts that you referenced are essentially those that you disagree with. There is really nothing ban worthy.

Even if it were true that BAC is a teenager criminal, neither of which are ban-worthy

Just because he jokes around , makes sarcastic comments and sometimes acts immaturely he is a .... what again? And also, selectively using the most sarcastic of his comments as examples, much unbiased

You can report any posts you find offensive and if the moderators feel those posts are just insults/personal attacks, they will delete those posts. Many a times these posts get deleted as they are usually off topic while sometimes mods have their own opinion. If users keep posting only abusive posts, they can get banned as well irrespective of their position in DT.

I don't find Bay's posts that offensive as compared to other users who post really ridiculous stuff like death-threats and so on. There are many over here also who do the same or even worse

Just noticed a account that was sold recently and since that time has been posting garbage posts. Sent a private message to the signature provider and will see how that goes. Have never done this but after reading it here gave it a shot.

Clicked on new replies and had to do a double take because the last post was the same from the same dude in two different threads.
Was pretty shocked he had 350+ posts.

I don't really know why people care. The majority of posters aren't remotely affected by DT lists. The only posters who seem to care are one's that get negative trust by said lists, most of which are warranted.
