There is a China Mobile Hong Kong prepaid sim card, with dual +86 and +852 number assigned

I'd like to ask if the user of China Mobile Mainland sim card, sending SMS to such +86 number above
will be charged differently than for normal SMS, or it will be just the same SMS fee as normal, plain SMS
(let say: included in SMS monthly package)
