Hi, is there anyone who is familiar with this  issue which I am facing at the moment. The issue that paypal and some other payment gateway is asking for a Microsoft reseller licenses. Does anyone where I could obtain this or even a replica could be fine (maybe). I'm willing to pay a fee's for it aswel, It would be really helpful if anyone could help me in this situation.

If you don't mind me asking, what does paypal have to do with microsoft licencing?
Are you trying to purchase a hacked licence using paypal, or what am i missing here?

i guess he is reselling keys from windows and co. and paypal whant to  know if he is a legit reseller
