What wallet you exactly used for this addresses? Electrum, Wasabi or something else?
Bitcoin addresses can't really be deleted and they can just be hidden from wallet GUI but they are still available in blockchain if you have previous transactions.
If you used Electrum you can check History or Addresses tab to find all used and u unused addresses and it is similar for other wallets.

If you used some web wallets like Blockchain.com (that I don't recommend) you should check archived addresses in options and unarchive them.
Note that exchanges should not be considered as wallets and they have full control of your addresses and funds.

Blockchain.com is an HD wallet. The wallet should generate a new address for you each time you receive funds. You won't see the previous address but you'll always be able to use it to receive funds, and the overall balance should show the amount you've previously received as well.

Now, if you're referring to the addresses you've imported (with the PK), then these are not recoverable sadly unless of course, you have the associated private key.

If by "blockchain" you mean the Blockchain.com wallet service, then you can easily see all your "retired" addresses by going to Settings > Wallets and Addresses.

Quote
This section of the wallet, found under Settings, is home to all your wallet’s sub-wallets and addresses for bitcoin and bitcoin cash. You can organize your funds, create sub-wallets, and manage your addresses here.

Alternatively, Just avoid using wallets like Blockchain that will require you to sign up and sign in using your email address. Instead, use a software wallet like Electrum that will give you much more control of your Bitcoins. You will also be able to see all the receiving and change addresses.

To export your Backup phrase from your Blockchain wallet and import it into Electrum, you can check out this post

Any address generated on the Blockchain wouldn't delete. I am not talking about Blockchain wallet, you can see your address as said by @Stalker22. When you received the fund on Blockchain wallet then I think it will hide automatically and generate a new address. But your valance should reflect into main balance. The issue would be different for the imported wallet. So you don't need to worry if you have the seed of a Blockchain wallet. You can recover funds if exist at your address. For for the future, just try to avoid using our wallet and move into a hardware wallet or noncustodial wallet.

Your wallet will create a new address each time you request new payment or click the receive button. This is a common standard among all HD wallet in order to enhance your privacy.
Public addresses aren't meant to be remembered so don't worry too much about it. You only need to save the wallet file or its seed which you need to recover your wallet and all its addresses any time you want.

Is there any solution for recovering my deleted blockchain public address?
Click on "Settings" then "Wallets & Addresses".
Find the wallet where you accidentally deleted the address from and click on "Manage".
Click on "Show" next to the heading "Used Addresses".
If the address has been used to receive balance before, then it will show up there.

If you are really struggling, then the next option would be to export your seed phrase from the blockchain.com wallet and import it in to a real wallet like Electrum (verify your download before installing!) which will show all your addresses clearly.
