My Blockchain BTC wallet balance disappeared almost 2 days ago. I tried refreshing several times but says timeout or error fetching balance. I tried recovering the funds yesterday by creating another wallet, my balance appeared for couple of minutes and disappeared again after receiving and sending coins. I have contacted blockchain but no response for over 24 hours. Can I re-recover the funds using another wallet again? Would there be any implication doing that? Will I still find my funds in the new wallet?

I'm assuming you mean Blockchain.com, right? I'm not familiar with the wallet, but you should check the transaction history.

It sounds like someone got access to your wallet, and emptied it.

I don't know what you implied on "wallet balance disappeared" but you can easily check your wallet balance on any bitcoin explorers, include the blockchain.com explorer. If you see your balance from explorer checking results, your funds are fine. Don't worry about it.

I am confusing with it, honestly. How do you can recover your funds by creating another wallet? Another wallet means another seed, and sure your fund in wallet A can not be in wallet B.

Some guides:

On blockchain.com, do the following steps:
  • Log in your wallet
  • Settings > Wallets & Addresses
  • Manage > More options > Choose "Show xPub"
The last step, you direct you to a pop-up message, with the warning:
Copy that xPub.

In Electrum wallet, do the following steps:
  • File > New / Restore
  • Name the wallet > Next > Standard wallet > Next > Keystore (choose "Use a master key") > Next
  • Paste the xPub from blockchain.com > Next > Setup a password > Next
  • The warning below (see) > Ok
That's it. Here you go to check your wallet balance.

This wallet is watching-only. This means you will not be able to spend Bitcoins with it. Make sure you own the seed phrase or the private keys, before you request Bitcoins to be sent to this wallet.

I do not know why people will be using wallet that require email at first, and also people do complain more about blockchain wallet. You can try to contact their customer care again or check your balance on blockchain explorer using the public key.

If the balance is not seen on blockchain, you will need to recontact the customer care again but very likely your wallet is compromised. But I will advise you, if you can not use a full client wallet (bitcoin core) then use lightweight wallet like electrum.

I am confusing with it, honestly. How do you can recover your funds by creating another wallet? Another wallet means another seed, and sure your fund in wallet A can not be in wallet B.
Maybe he meant exporting bitcoin private key on blockchain wallet and importing it on another wallet like electrum. You have given appropriate advice.

Just use a much better wallet like Electrum and avoid Blockchain wallet. The issues with synching and showing wrong wallet balances confuses newbies, and they end up losing Bitcoins

First check the available address in your blockchain wallet using a bitcoin explorer like blockchair.com to be sure if it really has the bitcoins. If it does;

1. Export your Bitcoin address from Blockchain wallet, and Import it to Electrum. Head over to your blockchain wallet and select backup funds.

2. Copy your back up phrase, write it down and keep it in a very safe place.

3. Download Electrum from the Official site (https://electrum.org) and verify the GPG signatures depending on your Operating System before installing it just to be sure you installed the right wallet.

4. Once you have installed it, Open Electrum, Select New and then enter your desired account name and click next to create.

5. Select Standard wallet and among the options select "I already have a seed"

6. Enter your 12 word seed and under the seed options button check BIP39 and click on next.

7.  I believe your script type on blockchain wallet was legacy as the default, so you select Legacy (p2pkh) and the derivation Path stays as m/44'/0'/0'

8. Enter your desired wallet password, click next to create the wallet. You should be able to see your bitcoins and spend them. If are not able to see your bitcoins, check the addresses in the wallet to see if one of them was your default address in the blockchain wallet.

Please keep us updated if you are successful or not

Are you talking about Blockchain API? I don't think your wallet has been hacked, you having trouble recovering data timeout or error fetching balance.
It is better to move to electrum, by following the methods above, and you can use it with API or use BTCPAY server if you have a website and want to accept bitcoin transaction.

for electrum you can do it using  JSON-RPC requests to electrum servers read more https://electrumx.readthedocs.io/en/latest/protocol-methods.html

and will do it using  blockchain commands

Heard some more issues like that through play store some months ago, I dont know whether all complaints are legit yet we cant avoid all too,
I feel blockchain getting some updates frequently nowadays, so hopefully those err are being eliminated from the platform.
