I am looking for a hero member account

No Loans - I want to use it to offer loans
Rep can be 0 - 0 - 0 and No negative Rep even from un-trusted Members
No Scam Accusations

We will use an Escrow and I won't mind even if it gets Tagged as sold

Up for today, it seems like everyone here is selling negative rep accounts and at ridiculous prices
