Fortunejack has the worse customer service

I deleted my account there. All I ever hear is how bad their support is. So many people can't withdraw their money and have to fight for it over weeks. Not cool its a pain and stressful.

Many site are low in support just like yobit.. fortune jack many people are complaining about  this site. .they have slow responce but they are still legit site.. If you see the campaign of fortune jack they are still alive.. only the support is worst..

Any news about their support they are still active or not. if don't get any support resoponce better to start it in scam accusation so that it can prevent doing scam to other in early.

The actual rep on here asked about my login name and so far no response (May 25th) and its now June 5th. I have played many Bitcoin casinos and none has been so tardy as this. Gambling is a losing profession and I dont mind losing if the casino can respond to my problems in a reasonable time and manner. In my 4 - 5 years with BTC I have lost and won around 20 BTC so you FortuneJack have missed out on a punter with an addiction to gambling.

Now June 14th still no resolution to the problem and nothing in my inbox

i'm aware about their service that doesn't feel right but their CS have "sweet mouth" to take care many complaint so we have to stay longer until FJ resolved it afterward. Maybe you just need some patient and hope your issue will resolve

How about give up with sites that don't deserve their players. There's plenty of sites that actually appreciate their players and try to give them the best possible experience... Bitdice abd Bitsler for example.

Dang it sounds like they're giving you the full work around. Sorry to say that this has happened to you and nobody deserves that kind of treatment when just trying to play a game and make or lose some money.

It is now July 16th and still no fix and no reply to my complaint be very careful when playing here and certainly dont deposit ! I think that I have given them enough time to solve my problem and rest assured that when it comes to the worse service on any bitcoin gambling site Fortunejack gets my vote.

Right I didnt want to start this thread but with a complaint that I had for 1 week they havent been able to find a resolution to my problem. They have constantly ignored my complaints to how their American Blackjack works. This is how it works you bet small and therefore you win. You raise your bet the dealer has blackjack pretty much every hand this has cost me dearly to learn and I only get BS replies from their service personnel. They even send me replies to say that my account hasnt even played Blackjack that was after I complained numerous time and they said they had a maxium of 3 days to deal with my problem.

I have heard europeon blackjack is better as it gives better odds. Is this true ? Or just nonesemse ? I dont play blsck jack since I suck at it xP
