I can't offer such discounts.
The purchase price of these gift cards is still quite high.
I try to keep a margin of 5% to 10%.

So for:
Basspro: 12%-13%
Gap: 10%

For other brands, I would be too far from your expectations.

Face value from $75 to $500.

I can't offer such a discount on gift card with a lower face value. For example, gift cards with a cash balance under $75, I can only offer a 10%-12% discount.

For example, you can buy a $500 JCPenney gift card for approximately $420.

All cards are 100% verified.
If it doesn't work for any reason, I will refund you.

Yes, but as I stated, you would need to impose terms between you and the buyer with the escrow. ie, fees imposed with any cancellations, no cancellations once order is placed, etc.

This is all up to you and buyer to agree on. Escrow was never established to go against either the buyer or seller's favor, rather, to ensure the terms agreed on by both parties goes through. This is not only for the buyer's security, but the seller's as well.

Since you're the seller, you have the ability to set terms, granted it is reasonable, and there are no foreseeable intentions to take advantage of the transactions. If no one likes it, then they don't have to buy from you. But since this entire community is built on a trust system, it would be wise to utilize this to your advantage early on. Once you've established yourself and get some decent feed back's from trusted members of the community, there may not even be a need for escrow.

All H&M gift cards are physical gift cards which can be redeemed in store. They are delivered by USPS to your shipping address.
