What happened::

Before this trade, I have already done 3 trades with arafat1900 during these days.

Same as previous trades, I went fisrt and sent him BTC. According to the PM, he should give me $45 in Skrill for 0.1 BTC. However, he went offline immediately after getting the BTC and has made no further reply.

I noticed that he kept sending BTC payments to the address 1CsCe5jeYUihHS7JhoF81kMwj3DVZ37PqC
