Available to loan: 135mBTC (or 0.135BTC)

I decided to open my own lending service as I have some 'extra' bitcoins just lying around; why not help users in need and gain some intrest myself while at it. I have already funded some loans requested here and had a good and positive experience from those. Now I am ready to offer a loan to anyone requesting it within my terms. Loans will be provided with collateral for most users and without collateral for highly trusted members of the forum.

What is accepted as collateral?
* Bitcointalk.org accounts (with signed message)
* Other cryptocurrencies (Litecoin, Etherum, Dash, Dogecoin)
* Digital goods (domains, BitGold, CS:GO skins etc)
* Physical goods (electronics, precious metals)

Terms of Service
* Collateral needs to be worth minimum 120% of the requested loan.
* Collateral will be sold and loan seen as defaulted if you miss the repayment date and do not contact me.
* I will only deal with requests posted here in public. Do not contact only by PM.
* Your reason for the loan does not matter. I do not care if you spend it on drugs, rent, food, gambling, investing or something else. All I care is that you pay it back.
* All loans are based in BTC and not tied to USD in any way. You loan BTC, you pay back BTC with intrest.
* Intrest depends on your collateral quality and the timeframe of the loan.
* Maximum loan period accepted is 15 days.
* Interest of 10% per day will apply in case of failure to repay on agreed date.

Well its going to be recommended by others anyway: Collateral should be held by trusted escrows, considering your rank and trust status.

Please explain me why is this? I am the person taking risk here loaning my bitcoins. The user who wants a loan from me should be OK trusting his collateral with me, which should be worth around the same with the loan anyway. I have been in this forum since 2013. I have also proven my trust at least in some ways, for example loaning 0.565BTC to Legendary member without collateral here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1291613 and 0.03BTC to Full Member without collateral here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1291276

I must say I find your post bit insulting and just cannot understand why would you come and trash my loan service thread right away without any good reason? Anyway, escrow can be used to hold the collateral. If the person who is asking for the loan can show more proof of trust in this forum than I can and demands escrow, we can surely use one, provided that the user asking for the loan also pays the fee if such is applied.

Well since you hold the collateral, and that the collateral is worth more than the loan, you could run away with the collateral if it's something like a physical object, or something irreversible i.e. altcoins. (And still make profit, if that difference is bigger than what your account is worth)

Don't take it personally, it's just a precaution thing.

First the date when you register doesn't mean anything. You weren't active between 2014 to end of 2015 so this can be a sold account.
Second, providing a loan to someone doesn't make you trustworthy. If i loan you 10k $ without collateral ( it's mean that i'm going to be poor soon ) since i hold nothing from you, only the borrower will gain reputation from that deal if he pay back.

A Member account with no trust providing loan with collateral when you already fund some loan without any collateral to user who is Full Member that don't have any trusted feedback or good history... Sound a bit suspicious no ?

You should accept an escrow by default with the borrower paying the fees to prove your good faith. If not you will just get other comments like the previous one or even a bad rep from some users.

Isn't the point of collateral minimising said risk, and covering any loses (+ extend) in case of a default?

The user who wants a loan from me should be OK trusting his collateral with me, which should be worth around the same with the loan anyway.
Rule of thumb is at least around 120%, although it also can be more.

I have been in this forum since 2013.
Age doesn't prove anything. You could be a bought account (it happens), and even if not, being here long doesn't give you a superior trust status.

Well, that's something you and your borrowers have agree on, providing you will find some.

Sure is. However the one requesting loan is still asking to be trusted, I am not. I do this for the honest profit from loans and offer the service for those requesting loan from me. I am still the one who even decides if the collateral offered is worth the risk in the first place and take the risk on getting account (or similar collateral) sold to pay my losses.

Rule of thumb is at least around 120%, although it also can be more.
Did you read my first post? There in the terms of service it indeed clearly states that I expect minimum of 120% worth in collateral from untrusted members.

Age doesn't prove anything. You could be a bought account (it happens), and even if not, being here long doesn't give you a superior trust status.
No, it doesn't and I didn't say it would? I was replying to user who referred on my 'rank' and 'trust status', and to my knowledge at least the rank part also requests some time being here. I simply pointed out that I for example, have been here longer than the user I was replying to if we look at things such as rank.

Where you trusted them, they didn't have to trust you.
Very true also. However showing trust usually means you can be trusted too? I mean seriously, if I trust more than $200 worth of bitcoins to user from here, why would I start loaning service offering micro loans with $40 bankroll? Like said, these are 'extra' bitcoins I have in easily movable form right now. I had really good experience on those loans and I thought that is something I could try to do more regularly to earn some intrest for the extra coins I have. I also understand that I still took a bit of a gamble when I funded those previous loans without any collateral, as you can see from the last post I made to the loan over $200. That is why now that I intend to do this more often I wanted to protect myself and demand some sort of a collateral from users which cannot show lot of trust here.

It's a reflex to protect others, not to trash you.
Hopefully so. To me it seems insulting to try to point out my 'trust' or 'rank' here in a negative way when from my perspective I have shown nothing but trust towards the forum.

There we go.
And I have never even tried to state otherwise? To me this whole escrow thing makes perfect sense and like said, I am glad to use one if the user requesting one can show any kind of proof here more than I can and is willing to pay the fee. Needless to say the escrow should also be highest of trust out of us three. Yes, we can even make if for anyone requesting a loan for the first loans, no issue for me. I just don't understand the need for it when I am the one risking my BTC, offering micro loan of maximum $40, to possibly newbie user without any kind of trust to show here in any way. But like said, sure, if the loan requester pays for it and demands one we can use one.

Well, that's something you and your borrowers have agree on, providing you will find some.
Good catch on the escort typo, I am not native English speaker and that was totally accidental. I hope this post answers to some questions already if anyone is in doubt of using my service. If not that's fine too, after all I really have no expectations and this was intended to be fun and good thing for the users of this forum.

Member account is not a good collateral for a 0.05 BTC loan. Member accounts are usually sold for lower than 0.03 BTC. You should lower the loan amount or offer a 120% collateral.
Edit: Loan amount 0.05 BTC with a repayment of 0.55 BTC ? Is it a typo?
