100 dollars is a little amount, but you can do small giveaways on "games and rounds" subforum, for example you can give 100 bits to the first 50 users that register on your game, or give 0.01 btc to the first user that found the 13.13 on dice. You can do too a twitter campaign paying for retweets (if you have a twitter account of your gamesite. For signature campaign, i think that 100$ isn't enough.

to be honest I don't think that this site will have success when you only spend 100$ on advertising
let's be honest , the market is full of big dice sites so probably a new site whith just low amount of advertising will fail badly
as people said the best way to promote the site is by this forum , especially with sig campaign but you will need a much bigger budget
I would advice to create the site and just throw a thread here , some people may attract with the new site and when you find yourself having bigger budget you can start a sig campaign

it depends on how much members you want to join and what ranks you want , it also depends in the cap that you will put on the posts count
you should now that high ranks won't take less that 0.001 BTC per post
you can check the services section and see how other campaigns are running and check the rates there

 By my calculation about 20 people in each position (except hero and legendary , which would be just 1) and 30 post max , you will have to spend around half a coin , which is around 200 $ , that is weekly. So there are websites in bitcoin community who probably spend around 1000$-1500$ on advertisement. Wow.


 I get that signature campaign is the best but come on guys , lets say you have 100$ , what would you do , how would you advertise?
