Gaze upon its nude glory:

It also made it in the press!

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Nice to see Bitbet.us taking off.

I've submitted a couple of new bets just to try it out. How long do you guys normally take to approve/reject bet submissions?

Also... you definitely should have a "Finance" or "Economics" category.

Usually a few hours.

Possibly. The idea is to let it run, see what people bet on and add categories as sensible. Mind that in any case the search function works pretty well.

It took a decent number of hours for the first bet I created to go through http://bitbet.us/bet/139/mlb-season-opener-rangers-over-astros/

It's nice to see a no account betting service with more meaningful outcomes to wager on than SatoshiDice. It's heartening to see such a full set of wagers on the NFL playoffs. Hopefully traffic grows and the Sportsbook beefs up these next few months. I can't wait to lose some money on the Alma Mater when College Football starts up again.

Do resolved bets, due to meeting the condition of the bet still have to wait until actual resolution time to pay out?

This should be in the FAQ btw.
