I'm currently on a pretty cheap laptop from 2011. Using GUIMiner, with the flags -v -w32 vectors aggression=12, I can get it at 5.7-5.9 MH/s. I know it's pretty pathetic. I wanna know any extra flags that could get my specific GPU running at max speed, or am I already there?

Btw, I already tried over clocking both the GPU and the CPU, but my specific machine won't really allow it. Thanks.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You'll barely get any more than that on a 6250 I suspect, when it comes to low MH/s the best you can do is worry about the heat and the electricity cost really, a computer can only do as much as it's designed to.

According to the wiki (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison) that's about as much as you're going to get. At that low a rate, it's probably not worth the electricity costs and wear on your laptop.
