https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=136739.0

If you can't afford to buy any bitcoins, how will you afford to pay back the loan?
If you can afford it, why not just buy them now instead of borrowing them?

I wonder where SouthernComfort is? He doesn't have a problem loaning coins out to new users.

No, for the most part people are very pleasant on here. You have to understand that from the perspective of someone who's been a member of the forum for a while, somebody brand new (12 posts=brand new) asking for a loan (no matter how little/much) is suspect.
Yes you offer reassurance saying you'll provide all documentation. But honestly-if I know who you are and you live across the country (or even in a different country) and I loan you bitcoins and you don't pay them back, what am I going to do? Travel and shake you down to get my 2 BTC back.
Basically it just *looks like* at this point you became a member of the forum to acquire some quick bitcoins.

Why not? You should never insult money, remember your asking us, not the other way around you should take advice and not whine cause now even if you built a rep no one will lend to you.

I definitely consider myself one of the pleasant people on here, but I can tell already I don't like you. Show me the part where I called everyone or ANYone a thief. Good luck getting your Bitcoins now BIT*h.

In any other circumstance would you ask a stranger for a loan and be upset that they said no?

ChillyWilly, do you have a SourceOP account?

It seemed like a good idea at the time.
