As stated above, will there be any issues? If i have multiple wallets installed on my PC? I mean will there be interruptions?

Just backup your wallet.dat file 2-3 times and store it in a USB or any offline device other than your main PC where you run/use all your wallet.

Each wallet uses their own directories and files and as mentioned above, take proper backups of your wallet and there shouldn't be any problems.
