Hy all
Some time ago  my wallet at BLOCKCHAIN was hacked (AND THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY) - partially by my fault not turning 2FA on and there was a hacked phissing site of blockchain rooming around (FOR WHAT I THINK IS THE BLOCKCHAIN RESPONSIBLE), I will post all the mails sent to BLOCKCHAIN SUPPORT at blockchain zen desk so if anyone can help me to get my fund back or in any other way, because I am out of options and only thing left now is seek help in any way... my (now secure) BTC wallet is: 134h3Pvf6diWFrJHojZJJKDbrE7MeVXibP
THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE-I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WILL HELP ME OR POINT ME I RIGHT DIRECTION WHERE TO SEEK HELP.

ME MAIL NO.1 31.12.2015.
HY support
I contacted you you with a mail few days back and you have not answered back on my second mail what will you do with my case.
https://blockchain.info/address/1NUo7hzdgYRqHce2xuqQE9SwHLFhEnRfLV
You know that 16,5 BTC was stolen from me so I need an answer what will you do about that. I am desperate and I am begging you if you can please do the refund. I am willing to accept the BTC price at day that I purchased them here in CROATIA at price of roughly 380 US DOLLARS because that was a big part of my life savings. Situation in Croatia sucks big time and considering I am expecting a baby soon please hear me out and help me. The hacker that cleaned my wallet out was cleaning some other wallets that day as i could see on transactions following his wallet. I contacted a lot of CROATIAN bitcoin sites for advice but at the end it is all on your good will.
Once again please help me. I will send you my OTHER BTC WALLET ADDRESS because mine here is compromised.

MANDRIK 31.12.2015.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear of this trouble, but the bitcoin network is designed to make chargebacks impossible. Blockchain.info never has access or control of a user's bitcoins in any way, which means only the end user has 100% control over his own bitcoins. This means we have no power to stop or reverse a transaction for you.

ME MAIL NO.2 31.12.2015.
Hy again
I know that the transactions are irreversible. So you are telling me that I can say goodbye to my more than 11 monthly salaries, that is a nightmare for me??? My account was hacked, I lost 16,5 BTC and a company like BLOCKCHAIN is not going to help me in a any way?Huh That story is sure for every BITCOIN portal i know. Do you have these type of incidents often? From the address where my BTC went >>>14eACab1B8JqexbUc1gjvdvHzBSEc5oRzu<<< it is clearly visible that is a HACKERS work. Do you have any strange login attempts at the time of incident??? I am extremely disappointed with this situation. Can you at least send my case situation and emails correspondence to higher level and owners at your company maybe some of them are wiling to give some of my BTC back as I said I would be extremely grateful for that, I don't want to profit of this just to return my investment on a damned day i invested in BITCOIN. That would be 14,5 BTC at today price 430USD i bought them at 380USD. PLEASE HELP ME. And if you do decide to help me in what I still believe you will I will send you another BTC wallet address.

BLOCKCHAIN ONLY MERGING EMAILS AND NOT SAYING WILL THEY OR WILL THE NOT HELP

ME MAIL NO.3
Thank you for clarification. I am opening another request because previous was not answered...
There are few question that I need to be answered. Are you going to help me recover my stolen BTC or not? Have your technicians seen the transactions from thieving addresses and tried to obtain IP-s to look where the funds went to. Did you forward my case to higher instances at your company. What are you telling me, that my 11 months salary here in frackin CROATIA is gone for ever without no way to get back even the initial investment? You are a big company and 14.5 BTC is nothing but a tip of iceberg for you but a year of hard work for me here. I know that in the past you have helped a lot of people in situations like mine... If you do so in my case It will surely be heard off you can trust me on that.
I still believe that blockchain will help me, you are my last hope and please do not let me down.

ME MAIL NO.4
Hy BLOCKCAINN AS YOU KNOW MY WEB EALLET HERE WAS HACKED AND HACKER LEFT ME ONLY ABOUT ONE EURO

You still have not told me will you help me cover my loses or not I am DESPERATE and BEGGING here only for return of my initial investment without any profit 14,5 BTC (16,52 BTC WAS STOLEN FROM ME) - PLEASE HELP - IF YOU CANT HELP ME PLEASE FORWARD MY CASE TO HIGHER LEVEL OF SUPPORT AT BLOCKCHAIN I NEED MY MONEY ASAP.

MY BTC WALLET IS: 134h3Pvf6diWFrJHojZJJKDbrE7MeVXibP

YOU HAVE HELPED YOUR COSTOMERS IN THE PAST SO PLEASE HELP ME ALSO.

DOWN ARE MY LAST EMAILS TO SUPPORT:

MY case is not resolved jet. And i really need my money so i am begging you to hear me out and resolve my situation. I really don't know what to do any more... I have seen over the internet that you had HACKER issues and attacks in the past and that you returned BITCOINS to your users so please do the same with my case, please read my previous emails (down)... I don't want to earn nothing just to cover my initial investment ant then I am out of BITCOIN business because I am very disappointed.
...
I tried to follow those transactions it all wind up in different IP addresses ending with more million dollar balances. It is some kind of major HACKING operation or something some of transactions are from today so and are still alive so it is possible to trace who robed me of my 16.52 BTC - BLOCKCHAIN can surely do the tracking .

JADE FROM BLOCKCHAIN

Hello, and sorry to hear about this. You may have some type of malware on your computer that resulted in your funds being stolen, because your private information was somehow obtained. One of the most common types of these are browser extensions posing as bitcoin price tickers that are actually stealing your account information. There's also the possibility that you visited a phishing site posing as blockchain.info. Scammers send out phishing emails all the time posing as big named companies with the intention of stealing your login credentials. Using TOR to connect to your wallet could also result in a malicious exit node tricking your connection into appearing encrypted, but they are secretly stealing the information without you knowing.

The bitcoin network is designed to make chargebacks impossible. Blockchain.info never has access or control of a user's bitcoins in any way. This means we have no power to stop or reverse a transaction for you. By design, Blockchain.info never has access to users' accounts or bitcoins (more details here: https://blockchain.info/wallet/how-it-works). If you keep your password and private key backups secure, then your bitcoins are safe with blockchain.info. Since this information has been compromised, be sure to never use this wallet or addresses contained within it. I'd also highly advise against using the same password again. Sorry again that you had funds stolen from you. That certainly must be an extremely frustrating experience.

ME MAIL NO.5 AND NO.6
Hy once again
Are you guys at BLOCKCHAIN going to help me or not???
It is more than one month now without a clear notification and without any info will my BTC or will not be returned to me. Please read all my previous requests and help me get out off this serious mess or forward it to higher instances at BLOCKCHAIN.
MY SAFE BTC WALLET: 134h3Pvf6diWFrJHojZJJKDbrE7MeVXibP

You are closing my requests without telling me ARE YOU or ARE YOU NOT going to help me get at least my initial investment of 14.5 BTC back???
PLEASE DO SOMETHING BLOCKCHAIN - FORWARD MY SITUATION TO HIGHER LEVEL OR THE OWNER OF BLOCKCHAIN...
https://blockchain.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/68735
MY BTC SAFE BTC WALLET IS:134h3Pvf6diWFrJHojZJJKDbrE7MeVXibP

MANDRIK
Sorry to hear of this. As previously stated there is absolutely no way for us to reverse a transaction or send these funds back to you. There is nothing further that we can add to what was previously stated.
There is nothing further we can add. We cannot return these funds to you.

MY LAST MAIL NO.7 TO THEM WITH NO ANSWER

MANDRIK SAID:

There is nothing further we can add. We cannot return these funds to you.

Best of luck,

IT IS NOT THAT YOU CAN'T DO! BUT YOU WONT DO IT IS A BIG DIFFERENCE.
You have not answered my questions at all.

I understand that transaction cant be reversed. I know that the only way is that BLOCKCHAIN returns me the 14,5 BTC - what was my initial investment. Because in my opinion it is partially your fault not to take down the HACKED SITE right away, that HACKED site was responsible for my BTC to get stolen.

1.) How many incidents of this type did you have at the end of last year? It could also be an inside job!!! I am really frustrated and pissed about my situation and i really don't know what to do because 14,5 BTC is fracking lot of money for me in CROATIA.

2.) Did you forward my case to highest instances or owners of BLOCKCHAIN?

3.) What did they say?

4.) Is there any way in good faith that you help me even with smaller amount of stolen BTC at least 10-12 so i can cover this fracked situation at start of the year for me.

5.) MY SAFE BTC WALLET IS: 134h3Pvf6diWFrJHojZJJKDbrE7MeVXibP

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE AND PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND FORWARD THEM TO HIGHER INSTANCES AT BLOCKCHAIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE DONE SO IN THE PAST FOR SOME USERS - I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY BUT BEG FOR HELP

Unsure why you are blaming this on blockchain.info
From what I've read quickly, you were phished and it's all your fault.

Even the front line customer support know they can't do anything to help, there's no point forwarding to higher instances.

I suggest using a more secure wallet, especially with this much BTC.

Clearly its your fault, Blockchain has nothing to do with this
You know that bitcoin is ireversible, So next time you store that huge kind of bitcoin, try to setup a security in your account.
2FA is a must

I pretty much think this is framed

A newbies first post, he lost 16.5BTC

Then a new newbie comes up, with a donation to the first newbie
Expecting us to follow and make more donations

Aka. earning him money
I believe it's the same account

Blockchain automatically sends a messege to your phone upon login, you don't even have to turn it on, it's already there
Which makes me wonder, how come blockchain didn't send a messege to you altough someone logged in from a different IP and a different device

If this story is true, look in your house and other people who have access to it, could they possibly do this?
Plus they would have to do it in a really small time frame, because blockchain will really often log you out, and send a new messege to your device
They would have to go to your PC a minute after you were just in your wallet, which makes this story far-fetched to me, and I come back to the conclusion this is fake to get money out of generous bitcoin users

Looking for a signature campaign.

Blockchain isn't responsible for phishing sites. They're only responsible for their own site.

Where did you see the phishing site? If it was on a Google ad, you could try contacting them (with proof) as their own terms and conditions prevent them advertising scams.

If you haven't got any proof, then you've lost your coins, sorry.

Lol.. The average Croatian makes 11,813 USD a year, assuming that's what he makes that would be more than 60% of his income, if BTC 16.5 = ~ $7,100

This is beyond stupid.

Your only fault was using a web wallet to store your bitcoins. End of story. Whatever happened after that was going to happen sooner or later, this isn't the first time someone has lost coins in a web wallet by their doings or the company's. Only thing you can do now is, learn from your mistake, use a desktop wallet and cold wallet for larger volume.

Best answer is Jade answer....

Never use an online wallet and always use 2FA. Sorry to hear for your loss burazeru.

It is not the fault of online wallet it is his fault that he has not activated the 2fa security, why even if he was having desktop wallet and same thing hacking computer has happened then all details were to be stolen. Everything is that what type of security you are following for your wallet that gives you the assurance of the wallet. Dont always jump on the fault of wallets, if you properly use the full facility of the security's then their wont be any problems.

Once my comp was also got hacked and my desktop wallet got hacked buy my online wallet coinbase was not able to get hacked due to IP security and sms security to open the wallet it got saved , so dont give the blame with out knowing the reason of problem.

Using an online wallet is not wrong, but users needs to be more careful on it. As you said, using 2FA is one way to keep the bitcoin safe from hacker or phising attempt.
And I think its better not to keep/save so many btc on an online wallet.

I don't know that makica guy and frankly i don't give a f***. I have sent that a makica guy 0.15 BTC because I CAN. I have stumbled upon that post on CROATIN btc forum (SERBIANS don't have one of those jet) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1376568.0. I have Read it all and seen that his fellow CROATIANS just piss on him and not even one wise thing or help was said or send to him - they only telling him it was his fault what it is,and on that I agree. And now that HERO MEMBER - lol - iluvbitcoins accuses me of some scam here and on CROATIAN forum also . He did not read the post of that guy makica at all (makica is CROATIAN I think). I have done my research (on transactions and wallets before i sent my 0.15 BTC makica's way). Maybe it is fake maybe not who cares and you iluvbitcoins you owe me an apology...
