8668 had some successfully paid back loans on BTCJam, but recently has gone overdue on 2 of them:

I've emailed him, left comments and sent him PMs on the forum (and verified he's logged in since I PMed).  I'm going to say at this point that he's a scammer, and should be labeled as one until this is either explained or repaid.
