Maybe you were trying out their auto-betting feature with some scripts and you got lucky. Well it is not much but a win is a win afterall. Anyways next time try to play with altcoins because I experienced huge losses on YoBit since their house edge is tremendously high. Maybe you should try your luck on Crypto-Games.net. Their house edge is lower compared to YoBit. |

Was there any note attached to the transaction? I've received a small amount of bitcoin before and it had a link to a survey attached to it. Someone was just spamming addresses hoping to get them to take the survey.

I am using Yobit also but so far didn't get a strange amount inmy wallets. So that is pure luck I guess if there isn't anything to find about transaction history.

You should be the only one who knows the address, so maybe you used it somewhere by mistake?

they had some contest going on like the highest amount of trade in one day and some similar stuff a while back (i don't usually use their service so i don't know if it is still going on) but the 0.0025BTC might some sort of reward.

Just one word for the deposit you got lucky, its a pity that its no bigger amount because that would be much better.
I think someone gave a wrong bitcoin address he has to be lucky that its not a bigger amount otherwise the guy would be nailed because of himself.

Sometimes, people will tip you by accident, or they deposit to the wrong address. I wouldn't care too much if I were you, I've received many deposits where I don't know who sent the BTC to me. I just enjoy the BTC! A little amount like 0.0025 won't matter too much, but in the future, if you somehow receive a big amount, say 0.1 or more, perhaps trying to look for the owner would be the right thing to do. But with a little amount, just have fun with it Consider yourself lucky! |
