You can get a free US bank account by signing up in Payoneer, Payoneer gives you a Bank Of America Account. It doesn't matter from where you are.. hope it helps in some way..good luck..
First of all, i already tried with payoneer & netspend it's doesn't work they need to verify the bank account before do deposits they sent 49c to the bank account and on the same time they withdraw it if it not go fine the verifaction will be failed.
