I want to sell $200 Worth of Bitcoin.I want $200 MoneyGram so 1:1 Trade.The buyer will pay Moneygram fee.

Just to be on the safe side, can you sign a message from the address that has the claimed amount? Lots of scams happening these times, two guys were scammed yesterday because of a faked quote from an escrow.
