The user is pointing out how you were attempting to auction off that account for BTC0.01, and after failing to find a buyer, put up for a loan asking for the equivalent of the value you sought for the facebook account, which has been placed as collateral.

This is clearly an attempt at liquidizing your worthless assets by defaulting on a loan.

Why would anyone take this offer?  You couldn't sell this collateral for 10% of what you're trying to borrow just a couple weeks ago.  Add to that the fact that you're a Newbie account with plenty of negative trust and that you are consistently needing loans (looking at your history), and all any lender with a pulse is going to see is a big red flag that says "I WILL DEFAULT".
