I am opening a competition for a very simple LabVIEW app with 256 boolean buttons corresponding to a bitcoin private address and a display showing the corresponding bitcoin address.
The deadline is when five participants submit a working solution. The winner will probably be the first developer to post here the link to a zip file with the working solution (VI and sub-VIs).
First participant is not capped
Second participant is capped 20%
Third participant is capped 40%
Fourth participant is capped 60%
Fifth participant is capped 80%

Only working solutions are eligible.
The mark of each of the participations will be given in %, so for example, if:

First participant gets 60%
Second participant gets 70%, being capped 20%, he only achieves 50%
Third participant gets 73%, being capped 40%, he only achieves 33%
Fourth participant gets 61%, being capped 60%, he only achieves 1%
Fifth participant gets 82%, being capped 80%, he only achieves 2%
So, first participant would win in this scenario.

Good comments and labels will considerably improve the mark given.

A brief commentary with a paragraph or two will be made for each working solution participation.

I am open to send Gavin Andersen, from the Bitcoin Foundation, the 5 BTC in advance to insure there will be a winner of it.
He just needs to accept it in this thread and I will send him the 5 BTC for the prize, with pleasure.

Is this competition still going on?  I'd be interested if the offer was still valid...

This contest is now halted and I am deciding what to do because there were no participations for more than one year and I completely forgot about this.

Why? He does whatever he wants with his Bitcoins. But to be fair, He should put up a fair bounty know since this is over a year old.

I'm a very experienced LabVIEW developer.  I'd be interested in downloading this function.
