Can't pay as a guest (no Mt.Gox registration) at any merchant uses Mt.Gox checkout.

Does it work for you? See any merchant uses Mt.Gox checkout, type in any BTC address and it will say there is zero balance on that address. Or is it me who misunderstood something about how it should work?

Pretty sure it says you have zero balance in the address you're supposed to send bitcoins, not in the refund address (your address).

It can be a pain in the ass to 'select' the price with your cursor and send the exact amount because It is changing every second or so to display the live last price calculated. But you can send too much bitcoins since they'll automatically send you a refund after transaction confirmation.

You are a genius!

But why the Mt.Gow support guy is smart enough to figure out this is the problem?

Perhaps because the support guy is no genius.

Is there a better alternative to a checkout platform than the Mt.Gox offer?

Can you show examples for how the actual shopping carts look like with these two providers?

Looks good. Perhaps you can set it up not to ask so much personal information - if you do not have a physical product to ship?

It says the order window is valid for 15 minutes. Now I don't have a clue about how fast my bitcoins arrive (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=136811.msg1463789). It can take up to 24 hours?

Is it still broken? Or was the problem between the chair and keyboard?

If the Mt. Gox guest checkout is not actually broken can you please change the title of this misleading thread?

I'm just happen to be here again but I don't think it's reasonable from my part to constantly monitor their site when will they fix it, or 'til the end of time, whichever comes first - do you agree?

Or was the problem between the chair and keyboard?
Absolutely not. If curious, juts go to a merchant with an Mt.Gox checkout, chose guest, enter bitcoin address with enough funds and see for yourself. Optionally, upload screenshot for everyone's pleasure. [Me just don't have the time at the moment for all this, so I give this as a homework to you, if you don't mind. Smiley]

This is an ongoing problem, MtGox has been telling me the funds from a transaction will be refunded automatically for three months now. When I look at the address I sent my funds to it shows a $0 balance but the funds moved out of that address within a couple hours of sending it. The vendor never received the funds  MtGox I says the purchase was cancelled and will be refunded "soon". Anybody know a way to escalate this to resolve it?
