I sent some coins(syscoin) and the transaction never confirmed and is NOT on the blockchain.

Getrawtransaction & tranid gives me

0100000001e113a8b72368336afa5afe7c9f0937dc5f4ca7fed7bdbf05d7c47991b169761000000 0006b483045022019d78fd9259950d3205f743768eff21f4dbd7ef0a902f49b690980b1acdbedd3 022100e1174397a9b49ae0ef959b12f81b674d5d8c967649a4592d600c0b73a2468de301210360a b790c147a98e0f1eea417808d8a7fae324c6f402827768a99e9359d7744eeffffffff0200604c0c 2fd100001976a914d65b540e805d0e1c67d4d2cb480967e0ce669a5d88ac152774c2f5080000197 6a91411e1986c9cf69b8921930e602a87428d3f110c8988ac0000000000

tried sendrawtransaction and get : TX rejected (code -22)

Have also tried deleting everything but wallet.dat and restarting , salvagewallet and rescan.

also the transaction was a little while ago and have used wallet since, if that matters?? Any help would be much appreciated, pretty important now!!

Happy to give  atleast 0.15 BTC's reward to anyone who can get this sent!!

Export your private key in the debug console

exportprivkey ADDRESS

Start a new wallet on another machine, or rename your wallet.dat in the data folder.

In the new wallet, import the private key in the console

importprivkey ADDRESS

Enjoy

Do you by any chance have a backup that you made? It is good practice to make a backup of your wallet.dat file every time after you add addresses to it. If anything happens to your wallet.dat, you can load up the wallet, rescan and then you are back in business.

Alternatively your option would be to get hold of your private key and import that into a new wallet. If you can dump your private key from the old wallet that should do the trick.

Also if you need a fresh blockchain, I have one on CryptoChainer.com.

And try "repairwallet" in the console.  Make a backup of your wallet.dat before doing anything, is always a good idea...

is it possible that you have mistakenly deleted your wallet.dat before?

thats the only way i know, have you tried to check your address on the blockexplorer? just to check wether your balance is still there or not, or maybe you need to redownload the latest client, maybe they have some updates

Private key for address <myaddress> is not known (code -4)

You must unlock your wallet before.
Use
Code:
walletpassphrase
Then
Code:
dumpprivkey

Good luck.

P.S. Create backup before wallet removing.
If balance for your main address is not correct in block explorer,
do check a balance for all addresses from
Code:
listaddressgroupings
command.
