I have never heard of them doing that before but I have never used their online wallet, I only use the block explorer. If you were making too many raw API calls to it I guess they might ban you. The service can be flakey sometimes so maybe it's overloaded and you will be able to access them in an hour or two.

Are you connecting to blockchin(.info) via a proxy and/or a VPN? Are you trying to connect to them via tor? Are you making a lot of API calls to their API?

I never seen anyone blocked from blockchain.info , sometimes it refuses your connection "too many requests" or something similar. Try reseting your router and clear cache to solve it, or you can try to enter from another computer.

@Quickseller I get this one myself from a number of different sites because I use a VPN so I have to shutdown the program just to access the site. @Meuh6879 Good suggestion but if he wants to do it the savvy way and uses windows he could: Press the start button, where it says "Search programs and files" type in CMD. s Scroll up to where it says cmd.exe right click on it and select "Run As Administrator" A black box will appear and type in: ipconfig /release Press enter then a whole bunch of stuff will show up Next type in: ipconfig /renew Press enter and after the stuff populates exit and you should be ok. If not contact the blockchain.info

Are you using Static IP? If not just off the modem/router for 10 minute and restart. This should give you a new IP address...

If you cannot access blockchain.info when you are connected to your VPN, but you can access blockchain.info when you are not connected to your VPN then the problem is fairly clearly with your VPN. I would say that someone who also uses your VPN is most likely either accessing blockchain.info too frequently, is attempting to make too frequent API calls or is outright attempting to DDOS blockchain.info. I would suggest that you change VPN gateways (if your VPN has multiple gateways) or change VPN providers (or simply not use a VPN to connect to blockchain.info)

Two simple solutions, if you were using them as block explorers, then use another, there are ton of them and if you were using them as a wallet then maybe you should take this as a sign telling you to switch to a desktop wallet now.

what if he has one of those ISP with static IP instead of a dynamic one, is his IP going to change in that case since it is fixed?

I'm a linux user. but still not working.. i'm not sure what that Ray ID means there but yeah seem not working. would it work if i will just use vpn instead? found another thread and they said, it will expire. maybe i'll try later. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=380802.0

This may have been mentioned, but look at a few things. When you go to blockchain.info are you following a cookie. In other words when I go to facebook I start typing facebook and the browser drops down and the URL is already there from my history so I just hit the down arrow and enter.
Look at the URL in the browser after opening the page and make sure that it says blockchain.info.
Right click and inspect a single element and make sure that references and links in the element indeed point to something within the server and not another site. Oh, and make sure you look at an element that belongs to their site and not an external link.
I say all these things because a remote possibility is a virus. A virus could print to your hosts file and redirect traffic to a new location. The URL could even be spoofed from within the computer itself. So, you go to type in blockchain.info and instead go to a near exact copy that takes your login info and then tells you that you are banned. You try a few times and then stop attempting to load the site. Meanwhile, someone else now has your login information and at the same time have dissuaded you from looking deeper into your account.
I will admit that all this is unlikely, but so is getting banned from the world's largest anonymous currency wallet that by sheer definition minds it's own business about what you do and who you send money to. Just a thought.

OP, have you tried to contact them through their twitter account or at blockchain.zendesk.com? Probably just a temporary ban, IMO. You are not the first one to be banned from blockchain.info, iirc. shutdown/restart your internet system ... new IP. Probably will not work if he has static IP rather than dynamic IP.

It looks like the ban is coming from CloudFlare the host site and not from the Blockchain application or interface. Someone or something flagged that IP address for suspicious activity, and they banned it. The proxy ban could be due to VPN usage and shared IP addresses.

just try after some time i think it is error in the host rather than they banning indivisual ip. Did you have stored backup of your wallet?

I had this when I made too many API requests at one stage, you need to fill in a form so they can whitelist you.

as quickseller said, it should be a vpn/proxy issue... some of them are simply rejected by blockchain.info.. so , just try to renew your ip
