You see, I live in a country where there is basically zero sellers and the only means I could exchange Bitcoin to money is through paypal.

So, what trusted Bitcoin sellers are there can pay through Paypal?

Depending on your country, there are other methods to pay and get paid. Personally I have mostly bad experiences with Paypal, reversals, chargebacks, frozen accounts. End of the day I end up with a financial loss. My advise is to stay away from Paypal.

Hmm, thought so. I still don't understand what's the whole problem with paypal though.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply to this.

No problem. If you want to talk in more detail on alternatives - just send me a message and I will respond.

The problem isn't so much trusting the sellers exactly. It's that sellers using paypal are much more likely to get burned by the buyer. If the buyer files a chargeback the seller is basically screwed for the total of the transaction. That's why paypal sucks and will (hopefully) be irrelevant in a few years time.

Feeling generous?

Use an international wire transfer to one of the exchanges.

I never realized how terrible paypal was untill I started reading this forum, didn't take much digging to see how terrible it is for sellers. But for most people who are like me and only used it to buy things its easy to trusy paypal way too much.
