i have business verified account for paypal.
just buying bitcoins , not selling.

Perfect money rates : 1pm =0.0023btc
paypal = USD1 = 0.0009btc
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

EDIT: I wouldn't trust the OP. We initiated contact, negotiated the price, then he told me to send first. I said that he should send first because he has negative trust and he's a Jr Member. I was perfectly fine with escrowing as well, but after that I never got a reply although he was still online.

Stay away.
