Want I want to make:

Real time portfolio vigilante

Data I need from exchanges:
Real time Last price of 200 coins

Data I need to update manually:
- Number of coins of each coin
- Exchange they are in
- Market Size (I guess i can get this data from coinmarketcap, or get info from the explorers*price)

Output:
- Pie charts
- Table data

Questions:
- How do I get the data from Exchanges, add it to my own database and output a pie chart?
- Should I use PHP and HTML/CSS or SQL or Python?
- Is this to ambitious to be my first coding project?

Im still learning myself but from my understanding if you want to code Python is what I would recommend and start with something that you will finish. I worked on many projects at first with hours of time invested that I either gave up on or become bored with. I wish I had more valuable info but as a n00b myself Id hate to direct you in the wrong direction. Good luck.

Thanks for your advise!

I've checked there are some options in the market so I'll try that first.

I've checked coinfinance, cryptotrack and cointracking and they are all bs.

I'll try AltSheets
